No right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs
Our offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
A statutory right of withdrawal (as applies to consumers) therefore does not exist.
Custom fabrication / special production
The products we manufacture (e.g., textiles and printed materials) are generally produced per order and according to customer-specific requirements (e.g., logos, motifs, finishing, sizes, positioning).
Returns or exchanges are therefore generally excluded, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellation before production begins
Cancellation is only possible as long as we have not yet started production or the actual execution of the order.
Important: The template is considered confirmed no later than upon approval of the proof – from this point on, changes and cancellations are excluded.
Should a cancellation occur at a stage where services have already been rendered (e.g., layout, print preparation, samples, material procurement), we may invoice the costs incurred up to that point.
Complaints & notification of defects
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
- Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery at the latest.
- Hidden defects must be reported in writing immediately upon discovery.
After these deadlines have expired, the goods are considered accepted.
