In a nutshell
We generally ship with DHL.
Since many products are made to order, the total time consists of production + transit time.
Production time
Production time only starts once:
all print files are complete and
the proof has been approved and
payment has been received (if advance payment was agreed)
Benchmark (depending on product & workload): 3–5 working days production after approval

Shipping costs & delivery times (transit time only)

Shipping confirmation & tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email including tracking (tracking link).
Shipping days & cut-off
Shipping on working days (Mon–Fri).
Approvals/orders are generally processed on the next working day (depending on production planning).
Delivery address (tip for companies)
To ensure DHL delivers reliably, please provide:
Company name + contact person/department
Street, house number, postal code, city
if applicable, floor / gate / warehouse / note
Telephone number for delivery queries
Transport damage / package issues
Please check the shipment directly upon delivery:
Visible damage to the box? Take a photo and report it within 48 hours.
This allows us to help quickly and resolve the issue properly.
Returns & complaints
Since these are custom-made products, cancellation is excluded.
You can find more on this under Cancellation and in the Terms and Conditions.
Important: In the event of a complaint confirmed by us and necessary rework, we will cover the return costs as well as the costs for re-shipping.
Undeliverable / Refusal of acceptance
If a shipment is returned to us due to an address error, non-collection, refusal of acceptance, or similar, re-shipping is possible.
In this case, additional shipping costs may apply.
Deliveries outside the EU (customs & fees)
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), additional costs may arise that we cannot influence and that you must bear, e.g.:
Bank/transfer fees (wire transfer/exchange rate)
Import duties/taxes (customs, import VAT)
